Wandering

Baguio Escapade

Known as the "Summer Capital of the Philippines" because of its cool climate, tropical pine forest, orchids and mossy plants. Baguio derived its name from the word "bagiw" in Ibaloi (language in Benguet Region) which means "moss".

Here are some of Baguio City popular tourist attraction:

   Burnham Park
We're so lucky to be there before the Panagbenga "Flower Festival" that we've got the chance to see
some of the entries for the floral-themed park landscape. Some of which I've took the photos. :)

We had our lunch at Beggang Resto Grill infront of Burnham Park. It's a cozy place with an interior painted
with pastel colors that match the summer looking ambiance of the city. The staffs are very accommodating
and the food is good at a reasonable price.

   Kennon Road
How can I forget Kennon Road which is one of the three major access road from Manila to Baguio.

   The Mansion
The official summer residence of the President of the Philippines.

Philippine Military Academy
